To enable participants acquire & apply knowledge, skill and techniques to project activities to meet project requirements, GMI has developed a unique professional programme that will put the fundamentals of project management principles into context to help participants understand, remember and apply them not on the exams but also on the job in order to achieve business success.

Participants will accomplish this through the appropriate application and integration of 42 logically grouped project management processes across five (5) process groups and nine (9) knowledge areas using the PMI methodology. the certifying body will be the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA (The most globally recognised and respected certification credential in Project Management).
